This document describes the vision for a Reggio Emilia-inspired Kindergarten classroom that will provide children with:
1) Open-ended learning experiences through art, literacy, creative play and exploration of natural materials to engage their curiosity and imagination.
2) Opportunities for independent and collaborative play, storytelling, sensory exploration and incorporating First Peoples' principles of learning.
3) A welcoming, aesthetically pleasing space where children's ideas are reflected and they can develop skills through active, hands-on, play-based learning.
