Our company offers the development of investments in the amount of $ 1

200 000 for the construction of a greenhouse complex with the implementation
of organic farming techniques.
The greenhouse is intended for growing of different cultures - both
tropical and cultures of cool and temperate climate. It is tomatoes,
cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, salads etc - мore than 20 cultures.

The complex is unique in its efficiency, productivity and includes the

landing of know-how technology of bedding, irrigation and processing crops.
The complex is supplied in disassembled condition, a fully stocked
and assembled on site.
The company carries out training of specialists and the
monitoring of the complex on the stretch of the contractual
period.

thermal collectors.

quality materials.
The ability to produce three harvests a year or continuous
adjustment of the crop system.

Useful landing area is 4-8 times higher than in the known
construction.

The declared cost of the project does not include the costs of:

• Registration permits in the country of implementation of the project;

• Construction and earthworks associated with the laying of foundation and site
preparation for the installation of the complex;
• Installation, commissioning and personnel training (about 10% of the value);
• Delivery of basic constructions and components of the complex (depending on
the geographical placement of the complex);
• Travel expenses of the Company's employees;

The company offers the integration of additional options in the complex:

• Production of sundried tomatoes and tomato paste;
• Production of growing giant shrimp;
• The system production waste recycling of with biogas production;
• Heat generator (this is for countries with cold climates);
• Additional automation system with the ability to monitor and control
system of 53 indicators (for scientific papers).
Stages of financing

Prepayment 10% - Preparation of detailed project and business plan for a

particular customer, taking into account the climatic characteristics, nuances
of legislation and taxation in the region (1 month)

Prepayment 80% - Production, installation, commissioning and training of

personnel (3 months)

10% payment - in fact of launch complex(1 month)

Payback

The yields of tomato in our greenhouses are 150 kg / m² per

season. That is 450 kg / m² per year!

At observance of technology and guidelines the pessimistic outlook

assumes return on investment within 18 months.

A detailed business plan for the company will be prepared

understanding climatic features of the region, the cost of logistics,
tax legislation and the possible support of relevant ministries and
agencies in your country.
