- Increase in the involvement of BBUU/RRUU, DE Exploration, GDC, DSMA E&P.
- Better knowledge about the compliance (less unknown situations: “yellow bars”)
PROJECTS: Actions to improve

- To be sure that the EPPs are considered in early stages of the projects.
- To clarify the EPP aplicability criteria.
- To get better implementation of the difficult ones (passive acoustic monitoring,

tree felling… etc)
- To establish with operation teams (geophysics/drilling) the EPPs to apply in each

project.

EMISphere Project
Repsol has acquired the product E-Suite to support environmental management and
environmental reporting in all assets throughout the whole company.
E-Suite is being implemented in Repsol under the EMISphere project.

The provider of E-Suite is IHS, based in USA.
Like Repsol, all major Oil&Gas companies are working on what is generally known as an
EMIS (Emission Monitoring Information System) Project:
The challenge in E&P consists in obtaining a unique

system to carry out the environmental complete
performance.
In detail, a global compliance including:
- EPPs
- Legal local requirements
- Internal and external reporting
