Huawei
Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd is a Chinese multinational 
telecommunications equipment and consumer electronics manufacturer,
headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
Huawei was founded by Ex military officer Ren Zhengfei and formed as a
private company owned by its employees.
It core missions are building telecommunications network.
Huawei has over1,80,000 employees worldwide.

Huawei faces tough competition from Ericson , Cisco System , Apple etc.
As the number of competitors are increasing therefore Huawei follows
‘Competitive marketing strategy’.
Huawei always focuses on providing best quality product to its customers
as pricing are nearly same by all competitors. Huawei also charges high
prices for its new innovative product that are not in its product line.

Huawei company has its presence in more than 170 countries and
employees more than 1.7 lakh employees out of which nearly 76 thousand
employees work in the 21 R and D department all over the world.
Huawei has got a wide distribution networking which includes sales person
, distributors , suppliers.
The company sells its products through its website also.
Promotion
Huawei uses Omi channels to promote its brand and products.
The company is involved in the promotional activities on radio , TV , print ,
social media , events and sponsorships.
Huawei has hired Lionel Messi as its global brand ambassador. Some other
celebrities are Henry cavill and scarlet Johansson.
Target Market
Being present in 170 countries around the world and serving more than
one-third of the world’s population has enabled the company to carry on
its legacy of being the largest telecommunications organization in the
world. Honor, one of Huawei Technologies Co Ltd's twin signature
smartphone brands, is looking to develop more high-tech products at
affordable prices to lure more young consumers. The brand aims to create
products that offer fashionable technology and design to attract more
younger consumers worldwide.

New policies
In a move that has kept the expats as well as Pakistanis, who frequently
travel abroad on their toes, the government has started charging a
significantly high duty on smartphones being brought to Pakistan.
It is applicable to everyone from commercial importers to passengers
travelling to Pakistan. All expats coming to Pakistan for New Year’s
celebration or a Pakistani returning from an official trip abroad will have
to pay the duty if they are carrying additional smartphones.
New policies
If you are only carrying one mobile phone, then you won’t have to pay the
duty. However, if you are carrying more then you will have to pay the tax
on them. You will also not be allowed to carry more than five mobile
phones in a year.
If you are carrying an extra mobile phone worth Rs40,000, you will have
to pay another Rs16,100 or 40% in different duties and taxes, which will
take its overall cost to Rs56,100. The duty for every set varies depending
upon its price. So recently the prices of all mobiles have been increased.
