Online shopping is becoming a big thing in Pakistan but

there is no famous venture who has a online mart for shopping
every day goods & services.
 Reasons For Online Shopping
* Time is so much precious in ones life and every
person has other priorities than going to a shop for
shopping.
• It is more convenient and you have variety to
make a choice.
Opportunities:
 As of right now there are very few Online
Marts and even they are not providing
goods and services within a reasonable
prices.
 In start we have planed to target those
areas of Karachi where Marts are distant
from people houses Like: North Karachi or
Gulzar e Hijri.
 Ordinary Mart charge more because they
have to spend on Labor and place.
Market Strategy:
* Our goal is to generate more revenue
with our Limited Capital.
* Street advertising and online
advertising will be our main media of
promotion.
* Our final goal is to create a system like
WALMART in Pakistan.
Revenue Model
• We will generate revenue on sales of
our goods.
Facts About Our Market:
 As of right now there are 2.5 crore
people living in Karachi and it generates
70% revenue of Pakistan and we will be
a part of this market.
 Yearly Marts generate a combined
revenue about $250 million.
Our Expenses:
 We will spend on buying products from
whole sale.
 Also we require a delivery service.
 Web hosting will be required too.
 Customer care would be decent to have.
 As our point of view we need 50K to
1Lac PKR to start online mart
successfully.
