WHAT IS A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (CLUP]?

 It is an official public document adopted by the LGU,


embodying specific proposals for guiding and regulating the
spatial growth and development of a city or municipality.

 It designates the future use and reuse of land and the


structures built upon the land

 Prepared by the City/ Municipal
Development Councils through
the City/Municipal Planning
Office and in close consultation
and participation of multi-
stakeholders in the community.
