The study aims to find out the strategies of the
school heads in solving problems in the school setting.
It will also determine if these strategies are
implemented by the school heads in other schools and
how they perceive the effectiveness of such strategies.
Specifically, it will answer the following questions:
1. What are the school heads’ successful problem-
solving strategies in the following aspects: (Qualitative)
a. Students’ problems
b. Teachers and staff’s problems
c. School environment and supplies’ problems
d. Community and parents’ problems
2. What is the extent of practice of the
problem-solving techniques?
