Schedule a Meeting

VIA ZOOM
Click the icon above
“schedule” in order to set
a meeting ahead of time.
After clicking this will
appear.

Topic: This section will let


you edit the name of the
meeting, Start Date and
Time.

Since your plan has only a


40 minute time limit, just
set the duration from 0
hour to 30 minutes.
Under “Meeting ID” just
use the default selection.

The password will be set


automatically.
Under “Video” just copy
the setting as shown in the
picture.

Video for:
Host is ON
Participants is ON
Once you’re done click
“Schedule”
You now have a scheduled
meeting.
Inviting Participants
To invite your participants,
click the area as pointed
by the arrow.
After clicking, this will
appear. Click “Copy
invitation” then send it to
your participants.

You can now paste and


send it to your
participants.
In Facebook:

Just Press ctrl+V in order to paste


it then press “Enter” in your
keyboard.
In an Email

Click “compose”. Type in your recipients.


Click at the center then press Ctrl + V to paste
the invitation then click “Send”
Starting a Meeting
To start the meeting click
“Start”
After clicking start, this will
appear.

Note: Participants can only


enter the meeting once it
started. So to avoid delays
start the meeting 10
minutes ahead to give
ample time for the
participants to enter.
After clicking, this
section will appear. It
will show you the list
of participants who

accept / allow

section by clicking
their name then
“allow/accept”.
You can also click “Chat”
to view comments or
questions coming from the
participants (if in any case
their audio is turned off).
You can also type in
question for your
participants.
Screen Sharing
If you want to share your
power point presentation,
images, videos or even
your browser, just click
“Share Screen”.
This will appear after clicking.
Choose the screen that you want
to share. As an example I will
select and click my powerpoint
presentation.
Once selected, click “share”
You are now sharing your screen
to the participants. To stop screen
sharing just click “Stop share”
After clicking, you will
be return to your main
screen.

To end the meeting just


click “End”
