information and seeking feedback from its
customers about their experiences.

Information is also gathered from dealers and


questionnaires are given to purchasers of new cars
to ensure that their dealers are providing them with
service of the highest quality.
TOYOTA TRAINING CENTERS

Toyota launched customer first training centers


around the world in July 2010. These training
centers instruct employees on how to treat the
customers.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE CENTER

The Lexus information Desk devoted to the Lexus


brand models, provides a toll free phone service
365 days a year and 24 hours a day, in Japan.
