Report

07:15 until 07:45 a.m.

Nursing), PJ Shift.
Procedure: SPO Morning Report

PROCEDURE 3. Morning report is led by PPKK officers.


4. PPKK officers report all incidents in the hospital for 24
hours, among others: patients enter, patients go home,
patients die, number of patients referred to, number of
patients to date / number of registers, problems with
facilities and infrastructure, hygiene problems, patient
complaints, the patient's actions, the condition of the
patient in the entire room and the state of the nursing staff
in the room.
