“The profession comes from the Latin
language "Proffesio" which has the
meaning of promise and work. In a broad
sense, the profession singles the notion of
"anything" and "anyone" activities to earn
income which is carried out with a certain
expertise.”

Some Teaching Profession Recruitments in Singapore:
A.The teacher candidate coming from the highest achieving
student, it's limited to the top one-third in every group of
students
B.Mostly, the teacher candidate have been joined the
Cambridge Advanced Level Test
C. Every candidate should go through a comprehensive
application process that usually including panel interviews;
communication skills, interest in teaching, and willingness to
learn, assessment of their commitment to the teaching
profession, service for the diverse student population, reviews
of their academic records, and their contributions in their
alma mater and their community.

learning, teachers must have expertise in a wide-
ranging array of competencies in an especially
complex environment where hundreds of critical
decisions are required each day (Jackson, 1990). Few
jobs demand the integration of professional judgment
and the proficient use of evidence-based competencies
as does teaching.
