nonconformity

By eliminating the causes of nonconformity

For continually improving the QMS

To update risks and opportunities

NC Register

If the Centre is not achieving the bench mark for Core exam, i.e candidate score – 4.5
and Timely Delivery- 97 %, they have to update the NC Register.

Collect the NC register from the Respected centre and review the NC register and give
the Feedback to centre.

How to Review the NC register.

1. Collect the PMC from the Quality Executive for your respective territory.

2. Collect the NC register for the centre were not achieved the PMC.

3. Check the PMC report- and find out which parameter , centre is lagging.

4. Check the NC register, where root cause given against the parameter or equivalent to satisfy the

requirement.
