 Abstract
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) of Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0 is seen as a powerful tool that is
available for the use of information technology (IT) in automating business processes. It
also has been adapted by the communities of practice (CoP) to support or manage their
work effectively and efficiently nowadays. This includes enhancing the security aspect
effectiveness in the context of administrative work environment.
• However, most of the CoP are not aware about the importance of AI of IR 4.0 as a tool for
supporting or managing the administrative work based on certain tasks comprehensively
to strengthen their tasks in working individually or collaboratively effectively.
• Therefore, this discussion of seminar will highlight the use of AI of IR4.0 to assist the
administrator on how to overcome the problems in monitoring, critically evaluating, and
integrating all the features of security in order to perform more administrative work
successfully.
• In short, it can be used to support them in managing their administrative work towards
enhancing the quality and productivity as well as to promote the administrators in
working collaboratively rather than individually.
• Furthermore, it also can be implemented on the security aspect and its application across
the boundary of disciplines at anytime, anywhere and regardless of any platform of the
administrative work collaboratively.

 Introduction to Industrial Revolution 4.0
- Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) has
played a major roles for supporting and
enhancing the greatest value of quality
of life of the society.
- The capability of IR4.0 and its other
aspects also could be viewed as a
platform to apply and to re-use of the
technology for best practice in term of
the utilization among the Community of
practice (CoP).
- Besides that, IR4.0 also is used to
enhance their quality of life significantly
towards Society 5.0, especially in related
to contributing the quality of life and in
increasing the productivity as well as to
sustain the development of goal (SDG)
environment.

AI of IR4.0 and Administrative Application
- Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming various
industries by providing (among others) automation,
insights or decision making support. As with many
other technologies, AI can both be used for the good
and for the bad, meaning it has “dual use”.
- The techniques of AI covered are case-based
reasoning, rule-based systems, artificial neural
networks, fuzzy models, genetic algorithms, cellular
automata, multi-agent systems based on
intelligence agent (IA), swarm intelligence,
reinforcement learning and hybrid systems.

- In the cybersecurity space we already see since a couple of
years that AI is used by the attack side as well as the defence
side. At least on the defence side this is clearly visible by an
increasing number of vendors and products claiming to have
AI capabilities. The concept of AI may conjure up a future of
scary robots - hardware or softbots – software for some.
But fear not, because AI can help us better identify cyber
threats faster.
- Furthermore, the discussion on how far AI has come in
helping the business of administration is determine not
just the existence of threats, but how malware and zero-day
intrusions make their way into our systems.

– The stability of our technology and its
infrastructure with a new kind of
incentives or rewards by the services
providers and governments

 Conclusion
IR4.0 activities are working based on system
applications that include knowledge searching,
application of complex knowledge, knowledge
creation & knowledge dissemination of knowledge
society.
Therefore, working together and collaboration
through latest systems such as Society5.0 could be
done aggressively especially in related of IR4.0 due
to the massive automation of business processes,
multi-platform systems and integration.

Establishment of effective platform is vital and

necessary for CoP to work effectively towards IR4.0
environment.
