Settings: It is suggested to use the default value.

ISO Gain Adjustment Values range from 1B~10B. The larger value indicates
higher brightness. It is suggested to set at 5B~6B.

Operation Instruction

Build up new patient file

After inputting patient info., you will be able to build up a new folder for the patient.
All the photos and video shoot for this patient will be saved in this particular folder
naming with patient’s name and ID. Every time you build up a new file, there will be a
new separate folder for the patient.

Note: If the patient name and ID already exists in the device, the device will not make
a new file but open the existed file.

focusing wheel to make the object

four fingers touching patient’s
forehead.
4. Instruct the patient to fix on
front or other angles according to
your diagnostic requirement.
5. Adjust the focusing wheel to
make the retina image in focus and
then press capture button to save
image.

Product Maintenance

1. Please don’t make lens dirty by finger print or dirt. Otherwise, the image quality
will be affected.
2.Please put the device with protecting cover back to the case after usage.
3 . Clean the lens
• Blow out dirt gently.
•Prepare solution made of Ethanol and Diethyl ether mixed at 2:8.
•Dip soft cloth to the solution mentioned above and clean the lens surface starting
from the center. You can clean it repeatedly if necessary. Please do not clean it
roughly to avoid scratch.
•If the lens is still dirty, please don’t clean it repeatedly to avoid damage on the
surface.
Operational Cautions
A . Settings
1.Time Setting
1 ) press setting>time >Automatic date&time>off
If you don’t select Off,you will not be able to set time and date.
2 ) Set date>Select date>Finish
3 ) Set time>Select time>Finish
Note: Please check if the current date and time is correct before using the device.
Otherwise, it will be difficult to find the new images you captured.(The system display the
images in time and date order.)

2.Fixation Light option


The function hasn’t been finished yet. If you press the icon,please press other place in
the screen to exit setting otherwise, you will be unable to build new patient file.

3.Flash Mode Setting


If you select off in the setting, you will not be able to shoot photos but you can shoot
videos in infrared illumination.
The usual setting is “on”, please don’t change it unless necessary.
Image Capture Techniques
1. Please ask patient to cover his another unexamined eye (In this case, both eyes are in the dark
environment making pupils relatively large).

2.When you press the capture button, please don’t move device and wait for 1 second to finish image
shooting.
Common Problem Shooting
1.Preview interface in black screen or unable to capture image

A. Please check if the connection between scope and main device is loose. Please hold the
scope and rotate it in clockwise direction thoroughly.
B. Check settings and see if Flash mode is “off”. Please make sure the flash mode is “on”.

2. The screen become black screen in short time after switch on the device
Check the Standby in settings and select longer standby time.
3. When you switch on the device and capture image but you did not find the image you
captured in any folder.
You must build up a new patient file before capture image, otherwise, the image will not be
saved.

4. You do not find images captured in your built patient file.


Please check if the current time and date on device is correct as the photos are displayed in
time order.

5. When there are more than 2 patient files in the device, how to check each patient file
respectively ?
Press image icon in the right down corner and enter album interface. You can check each
patient file in the album interface.

6. When you build up new patient file and press next, the device does not respond. In this case,
please press icon “▽”
