    • Answer the following questions as honestly as
    you can.
    • How much do you agree? Use scores 1-5 (1
    meaning strongly disagree and 5 meaning
    strongly agree)
    1. If an assignment is hard, it means I’m
    probably learning a lot
    2. I can’t change how much intelligence I have
    3. I believe that the harder I study, the more
    successful I will be in school
    4. I can never be a top student
    5. I can succeed at every subject

    7. I like school work that I learn from, even if I
    make a lot of mistakes
