About The Product
• The product is targeted for the children in
the age group of 6-10.

• Its fun to play which also creates some


practical assembling sense in the child.

• Teaches basic sense of projectile motion


which can be later used in outdoor sports.
Features of the Product
• The product is made of environmentally friendly
material .
• Compact pact
• Light weight.
• Comes in a knock down version which the child
has to assemble.
• A pamphlet showing the assemble will be provided.
• The traditional dice has been replaced by projectile
system making the game real fun.
Concept
• To make creative and new games with the use of simple
material.
• No power is required and can be carried easily.
• Making new models with permutation and combination of
the materials and developing new games in short duration
of time.
• Less investment and very less process change for developing
new model.
• The objective is to establish a brand image of a company
offering products which are novel, fun, cheap and
environmentally friendly.
Material Requirement
• Card board (Plastic)
• Paper sheets, glossy papers.
• Adhesives.
• Various types of plastic parts.

Note: all the plastic used is recyclable

• Less production area required
– 30’x20’ of area is enough.
• Basic furniture like table chair etc can be
used.
• Can be started in residential area because of
no air, water or noise pollution.
• Residential electricity charges.
Human Resource requirement
• A manager or owner of the company.
• 5-6 workers for basic manufacturing and
packaging.
• 2 person for taking care of delivery of the
products.
• 1 creative person who can develop new model
and ideas if the owner cannot do it.
• Owner can act as supervisor and reduce the cost
of hiring a supervisor.
Financial Requirements
• Production location can be rented for Rs 5000
per month.
• Electricity charges Rs 2000 per month.
• The production workers and the delivery
person salary Rs 5400 per month.
• The salary of creative person Rs7500.
• Miscellaneous expenses Rs 2000.
• Approximate monthly expense of Rs 49000.
Financial Requirements
• Raw material expense per unit Rs 2250 (as
per the exercise) Rs 150 (for real material)
• Selling price (MRP) Rs 2500 / Rs 250.
• Break even = Fixed cost / ( S.P – Variable cost).
• Break even = 196 units / 490 units.
• Expected Sales 300 units / 700 units.
• Profit Rs 26,000 / Rs 21,000
Marketing Strategy
• For the initial period direct delivery to the
retailers.
• Also provide some higher margin to retailer to
promote the product.
• Provide gift to the retailer for selling high
number of products.
• No advertisement in the initial period because of
the nature of the product and starting with the
local market.
