 The Virlanie Foundation Inc (VFI)

is Non-Profit Organization, it is
the largest private non-sectarian
child caring institution in Metro
Manila, Philippines.

 It operates 12 residential homes

providing shelter, food, education
and love to over 1 000
disadvantaged children.

 Since its establishment in 1992,

VFI has transformed the lives of
thousands of children who have
been victims of various forms of
abuse and exploitation in the
street, in jail, from prostitution
and syndicates and even from
their own families and relatives.

the mission of the sponsorship program is
to provide every child who wishes to go
school with financial help towards the
costs of schooling.

 OSCS is a system for Sponsorship Program it

change the telephone and fax communication
to online by creating email groups and email
account using Virlanie Website.
 The goal of this system is to have open
communication the benefactors/sponsors to
their beneficiaries with the guide of the
organization policy, program coordinators and
program heads, this system help sponsorship
program to manage the relationship of the
sponsors to their respective beneficiaries.
 OSCS used email and groups in communicating;
beneficiaries submit their requirements letter to the
email of the Sponsor Coordinator, Sponsor
Coordinator submit the letter of the beneficiaries to
their respective benefactor through email, reminders,
schedule of budgeting, giving budget, list of the
name of the sponsor and meeting are post and send
to the email of beneficiaries, assign area coordinator
report to the Program Head through email and
evaluation form are available online.
