A Blockchain Proxy for Lightweight
IoT Devices
 Introduced a blockchain proxy as a service for lightweight IoT
devices to offload communication with a blockchain while retaining
full control of all transactions committed to the shared ledger.
 Argued that the approach is robust against tampering with the device
data in transit and delivers trustworthy readings to the blockchain.
 Preliminary results of a proxy for Hyperledger Fabric demonstrate
the potential for the IoT device to save significant CPU time and
communication bandwidth using the proxy.
A Blockchain-based key Management
Scheme for Named Data Networking
 Propose a NDN key management system based on blockchain
technology. One not blindly or mechanically copy the key
management mode in the IP network, nor grips the blockchain to the
trust model of NDN, but use the advantages of blockchain(such as
distributed, data cannot be easily tampered with) to propose a key
signature and verification method similar to partial decentralization.
 In this scheme, a more flat hierarchy reduces the number of
signatures and authentication keys.
 The way to store hash is used to replace signature, and the way of
query and comparison to hash is used to perform signature
verification, this brings less computation cost than public key
cryptography.
A High Performance Blockchain
Platform for Intelligent Devices
 The design of a high performance blockchain platform for
intelligent devices. The platform achieves efficient connection of
intelligent devices through the node-to-node mapping mechanism of
intelligent devices.
 At the same time, a blockchain consensus algorithm for intelligent
devices, which provides higher consensus efficiency while
guarantee the decentralization, provide higher efficiency.
 This system can make all the relevant parties of the intelligent
devices obtain higher efficiency and benefits, and achieve a result of
multi-win.
A Video Surveillance System Based on
Permissioned Blockchains and Edge Computing

 A video surveillance system based on permissioned BCs and edge

computing.
 Using permissioned BCs, edge computing, IPFS and CNNs to solve
the problems of high operating cost, low efficiency and poor
security in the current video surveillance system.
Economic Analysis of Blockchain
Technology on Digital Platform Market
 A digital platform market among a blockchain-based platform, a centralizer-
based platform, SPs and clients via a two-stage dynamic game.
 Modeled various features of blockchain technology such as the QoS function
depending on the participated SPs and the investment cost for decentralized
storage/computation. Moreover, model captures the heterogeneities on the
willingness to pay of clients and willingness to invest, which highly affect on
their platform selection strategies.
 Analysis provides a useful insight into the viability of blockchain-based platform
against the competition with the centralizer-based platform.
 Moreover, the incentive for SPs participated in blockchain-based platform highly
relies on the QoS function, thus the study shows when and how the QoS impacts
on the incentive.
