DEBATE : ILLITERACY HAS A

SOLUTION
MY PART AGAINST
COUNTER TO R T E ACT

1. I agree that R T E ACT is a step taken for decresing illiteracy but it is

only for ages from 6 to 14 that is the basic education that is needed to
only read and write but not for earning money and that can lead
poverty not having money to teach their child
POINT

• the most frequent causes of illiteracy in adults are having parents

with little schooling, lack of books at home and lack of reading
stimulation as a child, dropping out of school, difficult living conditions
including poverty, and learning disabilities. ... They can't get books.
• The overall literacy rate in India is 69.1 per cent. The number
includes the literacy rate in both rural and urban India.
POINT

• Literacy is not possible as people that are tribal do not want their children or
themselves to get in touch or get involved in the modern world
