 Review
• The video deals with the tools and equipment in a chemical laboratory
as a starting point in the principles of chemistry. In the laboratory you
can find very diverse material and it is important to know its function
and correct use in addition to the material, be it glass or metal.
• The material commonly used in the analytical laboratory can be
classified into volumetric materials, such as burettes, volumetric
pipettes besides Erlenmeyer flasks.Moreover to the volumetric
materials, there are those of support such as crucible tongs,,beaker
tongs, utility clamp , ring clamp. There are also the cleaning materials
such as the washing bottle.
• In addition to the materials mentioned are the measuring equipment
such as electronic balance used for measuring mass of substance or
chemical.
