Investment:
A total amount of Tk. 25 lacs with investing 2.5 lacs each and a loan of 10 lacs
from bank.
Equity agreement:
All members get primary share of 15% and two of them get additional 5% for
giving out place and in profit retention the percentage of distribution remains
same.
• Expected ROI is 15-17% by 1st year.
