The Valenzuela City School of Mathematics
and Science is a specialized public high school
in Valenzuela City, Philippines. Established in
2003 as the Valenzuela City Science High
School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-agham ng
Lungsod ng Valenzuela), it offers a special
advanced curriculum with emphasis in the
fields of mathematics and science to residents
of the city. The school also has a specialized
range of subjects in technology, engineering,
and language.

To be admitted to the Valenzuela City School of Mathematics and


Science, the applicant must be a bona fide resident of Valenzuela City;
must not have a grade in any subject during his elementary school lower
than 85; and must pass the admission exam. Applicants who have
obtained at least 85% of the admission test are considered for
admission. No students will be allowed to enroll in the next school year
unless an average of at least 85% is maintained in all subject areas.

According to City Ordinance No. 120, the top two students of each
graduating elementary batch of Valenzuela City public schools are
exempted from taking the exam and will be automatically admitted to
the school, if they choose to accept the offer.
Central Luzon State University Science
High School, often shortened to
University Science High School or USHS,
is a science high school located inside the
campus of Central Luzon State University
(CLSU), in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija,
Philippines.

A prime school for students who are inclined to pursue science


and technology courses which the country needs for its
massive and sustaining development programs. Now in its
more than 2 decades of existence it has been an asset
continuously giving its share in making CLSU a bold name in
the academic world where science and technology front the
line in its educational thrusts by producing quality graduates.

For admission, prospective students must pass a comprehensive


entrance exam. The top 80 qualifiers among an annual average of
400 applicants are selected. An additional ten slots are reserved for
admission of the faculty/staff's children.
Aurora National Science High
School is a secondary public
science High School located
in Baler, Aurora, Philippines.
It is a DEPED-recognized
science high school.

Achieve excellence in preparing students for


lifetime learning through innovation, research,
experimentation and development. The
establishment of the Aurora National Science
High School was prompted by a need to offer a
curriculum that suits the bright/fast learners
who belong to the Special Education (mentally
gifted) classes at the Baler Central School

Roosevelt College Science High School
(RCSHS) is a private, non-sectarian science
high school located in the flagship campus of
the Roosevelt College System off Sumulong
Highway in Cainta, Rizal in the Philippines.

From freshman year to senior, students were


taught about research, first from learning about
statistical analysis which is mainly taught in
second year level to basics of creating the first
few chapters of a thesis which is taught in third
year and conducting the experiments and
applications of the research to the environment.

The courses prescribed in the Department of Education’s Basic


Education Curriculum are taught with more breadth and depth.
Aside from these, additional subjects such as Environmental
Science, Advanced Biology, Advanced Chemistry, Earth Science,
Computer Science, Research, and even Robotics are also
offered. Likewise, the Mathematics program also covers topics
which are normally tackled by Engineering and Science majors.
The Puerto Princesa City
National Science High School
is a public science high school
in Puerto Princesa City,
Palawan, Philippines. It is a
DEPED-recognized science
high school.

Provides quality education and economic


prosperity to Puerto Princesa City and
Palawan. Also provides high quality
education of academic, arts, leadership,
and other co-curricular activities.
Today, this school lies on 30,000 sq. m. lot courtesy of the city
government of Puerto Princesa It's behind the National Irrigation
Administration and New City Hall at Sta. Monica, with five buildings, 15
highly competent teachers, two industrious non-teaching personnel, an
improvised computer room with 23 computers and access to internet,
supportive parents, self-directed Students Supreme Council under the
Dominican way of responsive leadership and independent students.
