Maliha M. Quadir
Founding Managing Director

Maliha Quadir recently ran Vistaprint’s digital business in global


emerging markets out of Singapore, prior to which, she worked for
Nokia in strategy and business development for an emerging
market focused digital content service called Nokia Life Tools, cov-
ering India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, China and Nigeria. Maliha
also founded an online portal in Bangladesh while working for an
ISP called bracNet. In the early part of her career, Maliha worked
in Investment Banking, in Utilities Mergers and Acquisition depart-
ment of Morgan Stanley in New York and San Fran and also in
Debt Capital Markets of Standard Chartered Bank in
Singapore.

Anative of Bangladesh, she comes from a family of entrepreneurs.


The founders of Grameenphone, cellBazaar, bKash are in
her immediate family.

Education: MBAfrom Harvard Business School (2008), BAin com-


puter science and economics from Smith College (2000).

Maliha Quadir has been recognised as a Young Global Leader (YGL)

Chief Technology Officer

A seasoned technopreneur, Sandeep holds more than 11 years of expertise in


internet product development. Prior to joining Shohoz.com, Sandeep was the
Co-Founder & CTO of Badhai.in, India’s first multi-brand eVoucher Service. He
has also successfully set-up and exited a digital media start-up, Enigma Digital
in his previous role.

Sandeep moved to Bangladesh in early 2014 from India, only to work for the
vision to take the dream of Shohoz to make travel and ticketing convenient and
hassle free to newer heights.

An Information Technology graduate from University of Saurashtra, India,


Sandeep’s domain expertise lies in e-commerce, e-travel, e-gifting, online
media, internet marketing, social media. He loves working for start-ups to take
up challenges everyday!
