institutions. Its reality is often overlook by
public, non-profit and corporate entities in
their search for solutions to society’s most
pressing problems.

 Movement for social justice are farmed by power and
often call for a change in power dynamics, both from
with in the movement and outside of it. Developing
and supporting equitable, just leadership is a key part
of celebrating our diversity and building our
movements. It is important to recognize the
empowering community leaders is crucial as well.

RELATIONSHIP
 Increasingly, community members are becoming
more involved with the public policy process. An
effective community relations program should
include the robust out reach strategy. Surrounding
communities must be educated on the merits of a
project in order public support. Those who
neglect to do so will often to encounter red tape,
public opposition and project failure.
Community relationship is very important because:

• It can bring a sense of Sharing a certain challenge

• It may be due to incentive and other benefits
• It is sense of sharing for people in work
• It is an expression of self-interact in the object or thing being
undertaken
• It is the used for mutual dependence,
• It is loyalty in the ground and
• It is a sense of working together.
 Community relationship is useful because:

* It can bring coherencies among the members of the community

* It can bring stability and order in the community
* It promotes consensus and compromise in social issues due to diversity of the
peoples background and perception
* It can expedite the attainment of a desired purpose
* It can accomplish scares resources for a bigger task
* It can put limited funds for efficient use, and
* It can achieve better results of a task

 Organizing the community for social change is an effective’s ways
of:

* Gaining an understanding of the community. The first key step

is learning what the community is like, and what is the important to its
residents.
* Generating and using power. Different kinds of power includes

. Political or legislative power

. Consumer power
. Legal regulatory power
. Disruptive power
. Articulating issues
 * Planning purposeful action. Action planning is
central to effective community organization.
* Involving other people. Community
organizing works in large part because
of the strength that exist in numbers.
* Generating and using other resources.
* Communicating with your community.
