Why you want to be a chef?

 First of all I want to say I love cooking.. And its make me really happy when I cook for
people. For me its creative. And on the other hand it’s a really growth industry job, so my
dream is to open my own restaurant. So if you love cooking why not make a carrer out of it
by becoming a professional chef..
Are you working in the industry?

 Yes.. I have been working in this industry for almost two years.. Currently I am working at
Anejo. It is an Mexican restaurant located in the heart of downtown.. I am working here as
a cook and before that I have also worked in other two resturants..
Your personal philosophy of cooking..

 Food makes me happy. Food is something likes to be shared amongst family and friends,
putting smile on faces, while warming hearts. My personal philosophy of cooking: I
always clean before I start cooking or doing anything else. I always fight for the food
integrity.. For me fresh is always better and recommended.

image. Recipies are really easy to follow , and the good thing is this site has links to
everything from one pot recipes to meal prep.. And the other thing is you can order food
from there…
..In my opinion I think they should make some videos on Indian or Bangladeshi type of
foods.. they should make some more and more videos…
