One topic in nutrition that I enjoy most and would like to learn more…

There are lots of hot topics in nutrition but I interest is on diet and
weight.. Its no secret that the amount of calories people eat and
drink has a direct impact on their weight. Good nutrition is an
important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with
physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a
healthy weight and this is really important to lead a healthy life…
Do you feel, currently and in the future nutrition will play a more
important role in the culinary industry? Explain why or why not…

• First of all I want to say I do strongly feel that nutrition will always
play a role and already playing an important role in the food industry
due to the medias influence, the government also impending
regulations for other reasons. Nutrition is the science that explain
the nutrients and other substances in food in relation to
maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an
organism. It includes ingestion, absorption, assimilation, biosynthesis,
catabolism, and excretion. So if you want to open a restaurant or you
working in a culinary industry you have to keep that on your mind
that nutrition is everything and you are serving food to the people…
