RECOMMENDATION
Recruitment techniques is the biggest single challenges facing personnel managers. Many organizations are facing a difficulty in recruiting and
retaining employees.

Making wrong decision when recruiting staff can prove to be a costly affair and further increase attrition rates. Recruitment is all about attaining a
fit between a person, job and the company, as each one is unique. It is fine art of achieving strategy goals and objective.

Attracting the right talent to an organization’s foundation, helps gain a competitive advantage. However, bringing in the wrong players, makes
achieving strategic goal & objectives difficult.

The manpower requirement should be identified well in advance

The response of HR department on vacancy should be quick.

The recruitment process is lengthy and hence needs to be controlled and a time limit should be framed.

More chances should be given to the existing candidates for applying the job in order to improve their working with the organization.

Other factors such as confidence and sincerity must also be considered while judging the candidates

HR must increase the sources of recruitment, to get more enhanced employees for the organization.
