Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering Shegaon: "Portable Mobile Charger"
• In remote areas, we face the problem of mobile charging. In such cases, we can use
this mobile charger.
• Jitendra Sharma, Kavita Jain and 4 others developed “Wireless Mobile Charger
Circuit using Inductive Coupling” [2].
• M. Fareq, M. Fitra, M. Irwanto, Syafruddin.HS, N. Gomesh, Farrah. S, M. Rozailan
described and demonstrated that inductive coupling could be used to deliver power
wirelessly from a source coil to a load coil and charge a mobile phone[3].
• Puranam Revanth Kumar discussed the concept of “Wireless Mobile Charger Using
Inductive Coupling”[4].
• Ram Kumar Kunjam , Prakash Kumar Sen analysed and modified Spur Gear
design[5].
• R S Khurmi and J K Gupta described in book “Theory of Machines” that speed can
be increased by using Compound gear train[6].
REFINEMENT OF IDEAS/MODELS
• After study of mechanism and failures,we will work for the final product.

Integrated Circuit Configuration
• Capacitor: Two Capacitor are employed in the mobile charger.Capacitor in the mobile
are used for filteration of energy storage.
• Capacitors are connected to the input and output of voltage regulator respectively.
• Voltage Regulator: IC 7805
Input Should be at least 2V to 2.5V greater than output
• In Gear system,we used spur gears ,due to the advantage towards the transmission of
power.
• And for the body Plastic(Nylon) is selected due to the high toughness of the
mayterial.
Conclusion
• Voltage Regulator require input supply greater by 2 to 2.5V with respect to the
output.
• The current generated in DC motor is fluctuating. Hence, bridge rectifier is used
to stabilize the current.
• The gear box train allows us to generate short amount of power through cranking.
