IELTS READING PART

 How long is the IELTS Reading test?

 The Reading test is 1 hour in length and it comes directly after your listening test. There is no extra time
given to transfer your answers to the answer sheet.

 How many Reading passages are there?

 There are three Reading passages for the academic paper and three sections for the general training paper.
Texts are authentic and are taken from books, journals, magazines and newspapers. They have been written
for a non-specialist audience and are on academic topics of general interest.
