Gap between Government schemes for school
education and its proper practice
 Lack of Infrastructural facilities.
 Lack of social awareness about the value of education.
 Do not have required number of teaching staff.
 Teachers are not updated. They are using old teaching
method. Quality of education varies among rural, urban and
city schools.
 Lack of skilled trainers. Do not use modern applications
tools to make learning easy.
 Due to poverty, after class 8 / 9, family pressure their
children to do work and earn money for livelihood instead
of going school for education.
 Financial support from the govt. has not been productively
utilised.
 There is no appropriate regulatory mechanism to follow up
the funds released and the output.
Online platform implement by Government

 SWAYAM stands for "Study Webs of Active-Learning for

Young Aspiring Minds" is an Indian Massive open online
course(MOOC) platform. SWAYAM is an initiative launched
by the MHRD, GOI under Digital India to give a coordinated
stage and free entry to web courses, covering all advanced
education, High School and skill sector courses. Its Online
education courses offered through the portal of SWAYAM
can be accessed by anyone, anywhere, any time. Courses
offered via SWAYAM are free of cost for residents of India.
However, in order to obtain certificate for a particular
course students need to pay a nominal fee.
 eBasta is an online platform that teachers, publishers and
students can access using the internet. On this platform, all
the books - depending on the curriculum - is uploaded, and
students and teachers have to only download the material
and study. The material which can be downloaded from the
eBasta portal can be read on one’s mobile phone, tablet or
computer. All that the students and teachers have to do is
to select the curriculum they are currently following and
the material is available on the site for download. The
books are selected and organized by the school faculty
according to the Board they fall under and the curriculum
for the year.
 e-pathshala has been developed by NCERT (National
Council for Educational Research and Training) for
showcasing and disseminating all educational e-resources
including textbooks, audio, video, periodicals and a variety
of other print and non-print materials. So far, 3,062 audios
and videos, 650 e-books (e-pubs) and 504 flip books have
been made available on the portal and mobile app.

***All these apps are active in urban areas and semi urban
areas. But in rural and remote rural areas either pupils are
not aware or do not have proper internet facilities and
android hand sets or computers.
Plan of Action
 There will be two types of customers. We have to approach them
for selling and utilization of our online portal.
a) B to B ( Business to school authorities, teachers)
b)B to C ( Business to students age group between 3 to 18 years)

 Audio-visual live or recording session should be designed on
every chapters of each subjects of secondary and higher
secondary students. There will be two methods for delivering
sessions. One is either school or college teachers take part
through our URL. They have to purchase our URL. Second is that
trainers or teachers should from our side. They will provide live
or recording session to directly students (B to C) by paying for
registration on every session. There will be also one to one
discussion session after each class.
 We can also provide live chat room for one hour in
everyday or twice a week where both trainers or teachers
and students will be present. They will clear the doubt of
students on respective subjects which will be based on
nominal payable rate.

 For reaching preschool and primary school students, we

can use Zoom for live session of every chapter of every
subject according to the syllabus.

 Beyond the syllabus of school we can also provide students
sessions on soft skill, life skill, and extra curriculum
activities. It can be Zoom, Live session or recording
session. It should be chargeable (B to C)
 Recording session should be like youtube classes. After observing
the session, learner can write their queries and the person who is
responsible would clarify the queries and relied to that post.

 We can take the help of government and Gaon Panchayat to

implement the online studies with the help of government subject
teachers to use our URL.

 We should use regional language along with English compulsory in
delivering sessions.

 Trainers or teachers from our side will deliver the session as per
the content of every subjects.

***Limitations:
 Internet is very essential for the fulfillment of this project.
