2. Training and Development
We are training the staff depend on the stream of fashion update in a
year to provide good services. Specially designed to give customer as a
stylist look. Customer able to discus fashion with the staff at our shop.

Right time, right place and good service. Don’t do Dishonesty. Must treat
each other with respect according to Company Rules.

 1:Make sure we have a clear view of the clothing we are selling. The display of clothing
must be able to attract customers.
 2:Priority should be given to clothes that are appropriate for the weather and at the
entrance of the store.
 3:A beautiful and appropriate outfit should be worn on the toy models and displayed in a
good view.
 4:Fashion deigns change with the times, so we have to change the clothes on the
window display and the clothes on the doll model every 5 days.
