• met the objectives as evidenced by the
accomplishments
• enhanced the GCED competencies of the
beneficiaries as seen from the results
• contributed in the attainment of SDG Goal 4

Efficiency of INDICATORS
Implementation The Application Project describes
(40%) and shows that the KPTEP alumni

• achieved the target milestones as identified in his/her
proposal
• applied cost-saving measures or other innovative ways in
using material resources without sacrificing the quality of
outputs
• managed the identified risks that might affect the
implementation of the project
• coordinated with the concerned heads of office for funding
requirements

The Application Project describes and shows that

• Able to anchor the Application Project in addressing any priority
improvement areas (PIAs) of the school/division as stated in the
School Improvement Plan or Division Education Development Plan

which the project is situated as shown by baseline data and actual
accomplishments

shows that the KPTEP alumni has
• Produced an Application Project with procedures/solutions that
can be replicated in other school/division contexts

• Produced an Application Project with procedures/solutions that


can be repeated in the future in similar or different situations

• Shared the results/milestones of the Application Project with


other teachers for replication through activities such as school
benchmarking, social media posting and other means of
communication
