 Joining the family’s hotel & restaurant business.

 His own restaurant came on existent called “Fascination”

in Shimla
 Family Friend mention the two hotels on lease in
Mysore.
Baljee sent a tender for the two hotels
 Brindavan Garden
 Metropole
• Family funded the Rs 5 lakhs required as lease
deposits
• Hotel was Refurbished & renamed “HARSHA”.
• He opened two restaurents on M.G Road
• 1987 staff went on STRIKE due to some lease
issues.

1988 The lease of the Harsha Hotel expired & option
to buy it.

He start 5- star Hotel raising the debt- Rs 17-18 crores

In 2001 The Royal Orchid Hotel was finally launched.

Royal orchid signed new project in Jaipur,

Hyderabad & Pune.
