Performance Task GRASP Instructions:


GOAL: To understand the developmental stages an individual goes
through by looking at the changes in physical, mental,
emotional, and social aspects an individual experienced at each
stage of his/her life.

ROLE: You are a student, a family member, and a friend currently in


your adolescent stage.

AUDIENCE: Your classmates, family member, teachers and friends

SITUATION: Imagine yourself meeting up with new people. In this


situation, you are to present your life story with them with
emphasis on the development in your physical, mental, emotional
and social aspects, which you think have helped you prepare
for the next stage of your life – young adulthood. You may present
the development in each aspect and stage using the
significant events in your life.

PRODUCT: You will create a digital scrapbook, it could be a timeline or


an infographic. This will be entitled ANAMNESIS: MY LIFE
IN A NUTSHELL. This is in order to plot the development and
changes you have encountered all throughout your lifetime and to
let yourself and other people know you better through the
experiences you have in the past, in reference to the discussions
conducted on developmental stages.

You can use different photo editing apps to beautify work. Be
creative!
2. The title of your work will be: ANAMNESIS: My Life in a Nutshell
3. Submit a PDF copy of your work with file name:
PT1_SURNAME_GRADE&SECTION
4. Submit your file in the google classroom/MS Teams file
5. The deadline of submission will be SEPTEMBER 30-WEDNESDAY-
8PM
