5.1 Management commitment


SERT recognize that the provision of a product and services that continually meets and exceeds the customer expectations is essential for the
success of the business. The adoption of this management system demonstrates this commitment. The senior management will ensure that
sufficient resources are available to allow the management system to be used. This commitment is communicated to all employees with the
anticipation that all members of the company will work together to continually improve the management system and the quality of service that
we provide.
All policies and procedures operated by the Company are approved by the Managing Director and are maintained and issued by the QMR. In
regional offices, the Site Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System is implemented. The QMR is
responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System.
5.2. Customer Focus
Customer focus is central to our operations. The needs of the customer are ascertained at all levels with the information cascaded throughout
the company through the contract and management reviews where appropriate. Business evaluation is formally conducted at least annually
with customer focus a criterion for measurement.
Reviews of contract requirements and customer needs are controlled by “Project Management Procedure” at different process stages.
