TEMPERATURE EFFECT
Ezymes are substances produced by living cells to
act as a catalyst in chemical reactions that take place
in organisms.

Enzymes as proteins will undergo denaturation if


the temperature is raised. As a result, the work of
the enzyme decreases. Low temperature does not
destroy the enzyme, but the enzyme cannot work
The higher the temperature, the higher the rate of
chemical reactions, whether or not it is zipped. At
room temperature, the enzymes can work properly
even though they are not optimal
