sponsor our fest.
Brand Storm Day 1 to Day 2 Group task 4 phases of tasks including identifying a problem
in the campus; product/service to solve it;
analyzing the product; create a
campaign/advertisement etc.
Sponsorship plans
• We can contact the companies and allow them to market & organize a
case study/ live project competition inside our campus.

• We can contact companies like Kampus konversations or InsideIIM to

become our sponsor and they will be allowed to cover whole fair
through their medium.

Budget Needed
• Approximate budget which will be required is 1 lakh only if we take
the assumptions that we get 3-4 sponsors & the prize money of the
case studies/live project will be given by the sponsors.
Publicity plans
• Organize a poster making competition 15-20 days before the fair, the
participants have to share on poster on their social media accounts,
whoever gets the maximum likes till the start of fair wins it.
• Promote our seminar through apps like InsideIIM and will allow them
to live stream the event.
• Organize a business competition on D2C for all the B-schools.
• Promote the fair through the official social media channels of the
college as well i.e. twitter.
• By inviting IAS officer of Trichy to inaugurate and attend the seminar.
