GOAL ONE:
Achieve level 3 profit share with at least 6 legs
January 2011 – December 2011
GOAL TWO:
To qualify for 2012 super rally with 12, 500 CC
April 2011– March 2012
GOAL THREE:
To Maintain a monthly Case Credit of at least 1,000 cc
GOAL FOUR:
To develop 3 new Diamond Sapphire, 3 sapphire, and 4
soaring managers
January 2011 – December 2011
GOAL FIVE:
To become diamond Eagle in December 2012

Assembling the right players (distributors). How?
 Making contacts with as many as possible both those
you know & those you don’t know – prospecting
 Skillful invitations (personal or making calls)
 Making presentation to provide relevant information
in the proper way. This is to identify those who need
the opportunities you are offering.
 Organizing strategic team building meetings regularly.
All the above were broken down into Daily, Weekly and
Monthly activities.

WORKING THE PLAN


 Daily product use
 Contact 10 a day
 Invitations/making the calls
 Appointments for one on one presentation
 Product sales to meet daily targets, (at least 20 customer
base)
 Self development with CD, Books, & online (2 hours daily)
 Aloe text messages (20 a day)
 Demos (at least 2 a day)
