in India

While flying drone in
India is not illegal, there
are certain regulatory
restrictions in India that
you must be aware of
before you make a hefty
investment in buying a
drone.

Certain rules and
regulations, you must
be clear on before
landing up in deep
trouble or being
charged by local police
under IPC for using
the drone.
Drone or UAS ( Unmanned Aircraft System) are actually operated with no pilot on board. It is generally in 3

For using drones in Wedding Photography First of all you need to obtain
UIN. If you are flying below 200 ft, no need of UAOP.

Have to inform the local police 24 hours prior to the actual operations.
Ensure that you follow Do's and Don'ts and respect individual's privacy.
