Steps for an export process

1. We investigate the market of
the country where we want to
export, to identify the business
opportunities that we will have.
2. We create a marketing plan and strategy for the product or service, adapted to the country
where we want to sell, starting with advertising on social networks, television, radio, posters,
web pages, unlimited options. For this we also need personnel in charge of the process, they
may be employees and / or it will be necessary to contract in the country of sale or associate
with a company; Establish the valuation of the product with exchange rates, determine the tariff,
coding and presentation of the packaging.
3. Distinguish viable markets, it is crucial to carry out investigations prior to our export such as:
* Requirements for the importation of my product and responsibilities demanded by the
government of that country.
* The competition
* The demand for my product and / or service in that country
* My product and / or service is adjusted to the needs that that country may have.
* Legal matters
4. We have and perform calculations with a large amount of economic
resources that guarantee the success of my business in the export,
presentation, distribution and sale of my product and not have a
disadvantage.
5. We fill out all the documentation and mandatory procedures for
the export of the product.
6. We choose the appropriate logistics processes for the export of the
product, such as packaging, customs processes, mode and means of
international and national transport, incoterms regulations and
payments, avoiding losses as much as possible.
7. We guarantee quality and delivery on time of the agreed
negotiations.
