Introduction.

In this work I will describe to you how my


body is, what foods I eat to keep myself
healthy, what activities I do to keep my body
healthy through exercise.
Topic.

Describe the different parts of my body, how i


keep it healthy, nutrition and my favorites
activities to keep it so.
Importance of the topic.

This topic is important because we have to


maintain ours bodies in health with a good
nutrition and excersices.
Reasons for choosing the topic.

I choose this topic because is necesary to


have a good health make excersice an eat
good food the bodyfor

Good morning, my name is Joel Ynfante, I


will begin by describing what my body is like.

My hair is short black, my eyebrows thick, my


mouth is large, my nose is profiled, my ears
are large. My skin is white, my arms are long
and my hands are big, I am skinny, my eyes
are black, my legs are long and my feet are
wide and large.
To maintain my health I feed myself with whole
grain bread, fruits such as melon, watermelon,
strawberries, potatoes, oranges, avocado, milk,
oats, pineapple, bananas, sweet potatoes,
vegetables such as cucumber, cabbage,
tomatoes, carrots, chili pepper, among others.

To keep my body healthy I exercise by riding


several miles during the week from Monday to
Friday in the mornings, I also go to the gym to do
different exercises to tone my body.
Conclusion.

Here I describe the different parts of my body, it


is advisable to exercise to keep our body in
constant movement so that our body is healthy.

I recommend that you consume foods low in fat,


fruits and vegetables to maintain good health.

To have a good health make excersice and
eat healthy food.
