This document provides an overview of the sections contained in the Jeppesen Air Traffic Control manual. It describes the purpose of the manual as providing pilots with International Civil Aviation Organization standards and procedures for international flight operations. The manual sections are then defined, including ICAO definitions, flight procedures, rules of the air, air traffic services procedures, Mach number techniques, and state-specific rules and procedures. State procedure pages contain information on general rules, flight procedures, airspace classifications, and differences from ICAO standards for each country. Pilots are advised to review the documents if there are any questions about operational procedures.
