1. Honest (TRUTHFUL)

2. Transparent
 A transparent leader is accountable leader
Being accountable is being ready to give account to
anyone of what is entrusted to him/her. He/she is
prepared to make sacrifices in order to make the job
done. He/she is always responsible and is all out to
finish any program or project against all odds or in
whatever circumstances with or without supervision.

3. With Word of Honor
Leaders who have word of honor “walk their
talk”. They do not give empty promises. They
are faithful to covenant relationship. They do
not waiver in their pursuit for change and for
the fulfillment of their goals, plans, and
purposes. They will make sure that their
pledges come to reality.

4. Upright in Finances
The love of money is the root of all evil.
They know financial stewardship. They cannot
be bought nor be bribed because they are
priceless.
They have a Debt-Free Life – has discipline in
budgeting: allocating the existing resources to
the expected expenses according to priorities.

5. Faithfulness
o In the discharge of their duties and responsibilities
(stewardship, respect for authority)
o In their marital relationships: the consequences of
sexual immorality cannot be downplayed by
people because it is a sin that affect a host of
people. Economic abuse may result from marital
infidelity. Corruption comes in (sanctity of
marriage).
