Future perfect is used to express something

happening in the future for sure, foreseeing the
event in advanced.
 FUTURE PERFECT
 E.g.
 S.Future: The train will leave tomorrow at
 at three thirty
 Future Perfect: By four o`clock, it will have
left

 S.Future: The mail won`t arrive till noon
 Future Perfect: When I get to work, it won`t
 have arived
 FUTURE PERFECT
 By nine o`clock the cruise will have left
By eight the plane………
By Friday afternoon he……
