10 8 13 Action plan would be to be asking from individuals and working hard on the
feedback provided

12 9 11 My action plan would be accepting the feedback provided by others openly
accepting my short-comings or criticism & trying to improve

ANISHA To listen carefully to other’s opinion and take it positively. I have to take
9 7 13 feedbacks as a source of motivation and do better in life. I should sometimes not
hesitate to talk to my group.

SARTHAK
11 14 8 Action plan would be to start noticing and understanding things more around me
and also I’ll start interacting more with others.

7 12 11 To be able to express my opinion in groups without much hesitation and listen
carefully about other’s opinion on my behaviour. And be able to give back an
honest feedback so that we are able to come to an agreement that satisfies the
team requirements help achieve the goal.
