INTRODUCTION
Our gratitude goes to God Almighty, because of the blessings of mercy and guidance - it is
so that the preparation of this report on fieldwork (PKL) can be realized well. This report is proof
that we have carried out fieldwork practices (PKL) at KAB EDUCATION DINAS. BARRU.

CONSTRAINTS AND SOLUTIONS IN
THE FIELD
The obstacles experienced as follows:
1. The lack of work related to competency expertise.
During the process of Field Work Practices (PKL) Performed tasks and jobs provided by
employees are very often not in accordance with the competency skills that we have learned in
school. The way we handle it is, Keep working and if there is something that is not understood,
we ask for help to be taught, so we can increase knowledge.
CONCLUSION
   After doing this Field Work Peraktek (PKL), the author has gained a lot of useful experience
about the real world of work. And from what the author did during the Field Work Peraktek
(PKL) in the Office of the Education Office, the author can draw that conclusion.
a. During his stay in the Office of Education office environment that the author can gain a lot of
new knowledge about how the system works (PKL).
b. Good collaboration is established between all Education Office employees.
