Near the Schools
 Thereal problem is not the technologies we are
using it about how people use it.

 Now a days internet cafes are really in demand

because of fast changing technology that the
people embraced. Most professionals and
especially students depend on the internet for
research and projects, social networking sites and
others. The problem is students abuse their
freedom to access internet. They escape on their
classes in order to play internet games.
 Soas a concern millennial student of this generation the
government together with the collaboration of DepEd
should strictly impose nationwide the regulation order
no. 86 series of 2010 entitled Prohibiting Students in
public and private elementary and secondary schools
from going to internet shops nationwide.

 Theorder is in response to prevailing issue of truancy

among students who cut their classes and spend time in
entertainment areas instead of attending their classes.
