Executive Summary

We want to be a part of paper

manufacturing industries who gives a
benefit of water resistance to the papers
and other paper related products. Though it
is an Era of Internet and computers, paper
is the most commonly used medium for
writing and creating important documents.
There are no players in India who makes
water resistant papers.
The only way of making it water resistant is
by the way of Lamination. This is in turn
hazardous because of the usage of plastic.
All the papers manufactured by our
company are done through recycled papers.
This means that the company is not
involved in cutting of trees. This is not only
beneficial to the buyers of our product but
also beneficial to the society in many ways.

THE 4 P’s
 Product
The one that we offer is a product of good quality. This is
typically a paper product which has got an USP of being
water resistant unlike other ordinary papers.

 Price:
Price is considered to be variable and it depends on what
product it is going to be. If the paper is going to be a
notebook form then it will be charged Rs.40 which is
considered to be 5 Rs higher than what class mate note
cost. We are also planning to go for paper cups and paper
plates and those will be priced based on the volume of
purchase. Institutional sales are expected to be bulk and so
price is variable.
THE 4 P’s
 Promotion:
At the beginning of the launch we would give
a discount of Rs.3 per notebook which will
encourage people to buy our brand and get
used to benefits of our product .
 Place:
Our plan is to first introduce these products
in Urban areas where such costly and
innovative products will be accepted and
purchased.
INCOME STATEMENT
Contingency Plan
 Ought to rethink, re plan, rework on the strategies
depending on the needs of the time. Policies
should be adopted to handle competition and
changes required from the Commercial point of
view.

 If water resistant paper notebooks fail in the

market , we already have the paper Manufacturing
setup unit with which we would manufacture
Normal Papers with some sort of Differentiation.
