According to (Bettye G, 2016) Human diversity is also called

as cultural diversity. It addresses the variety of human
societies and cultures and examines their similarities and
differences. Taken literally, human diversity simply means
the differences inherent among people. These differences
are what make each person unique and valuable in his or
her own right. Humans are divided into
different cultures. Cultures develop behaviors, norms, and
values that are suited to a specific environment and over
time take on the strength of tradition. Even when conditions
or environments change, cultures often do not.

WHAT IS CULTURE?

• Oxford Dictionary stated that culture means the customs and beliefs,
art, way of life and social organization of a particular country or group.

• (Nicki Lisa Cole, 2019) mentioned that culture consists of the values,
beliefs, systems of language, communication, and practices that
people share in common and that can be used to define them as a
collective. Culture also includes the material objects that are common
to that group or society.

• Tylor (1871) defined culture as the complex as whole which includes

knowledge, belief, art, law, morals, custom, and any other capabilities
