Zacchaeus was the head of the tax collector who has a
life-changing encounter with Jesus. He wanted to see
Jesus as He pass by the town but Zacchaeus was a
short man and could not over the crowd so he ran
ahead and climbed up the sycamore tree.

Zacchaeus did not think himself important enough for


Jesus to notice but he and the crowd were astonished
as Jesus stopped under the tree, looked up, and said,
“Zacchaeus, come down immediately, I must stay in
your house today.”

David for his sin.
Beyond David’s royal exploits, he was credited with writing
many of ancient Israel’s worship songs, which you can read
in the Book of Psalms.
